Dirt Devil!

Randy and I were riding down the highway the other day. No big deal. Suddenly I spotted a dirt devil circling about 30 feet in the air! It was magnificent and moving fast! I told Randy but he just couldn't see it. We went a couple rounds of "where is it?" "RIGHT THERE!" I was incredulous that he didn't see it.
Finally he shouted "Oh! I SEE IT! It's chasing that truck on that road!" I first thought "Oh no! They need to go faster or turn or something!"
Then I realized.....
